We at Winnie The Vintage Caravan provide photography services for events, such as weddings. We are not in the business of selling, renting, or otherwise trading your personal information. At the moment we don’t even use it for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your computer, created by websites, that store small pieces of data to help with the functionality of a website. For example, if it weren’t for cookies you might see someone else’s shopping basket. We need a way to make sure you have the right experience. Cookies help us do that. On our site this information is just a random string of numbers and letters, it contains nothing personal.
We also use a third-party service called ‘Google Analytics’. We use this service to provide broad statistics about our users. The information collected by this service as you use our site is processed and stored in such a way that does not identify anyone personally.
What we collect and how we collect it
Information is provided to use through our ‘contact form’ and our ‘booking form’. Both of these forms send our information as an email to us, from there we may initiate an conversation via email. If you make a booking we store information about your event in a spreadsheet. We also create a contract and receipts for payment.
We do not make this information available to anyone else, for any reason.
Deletion of your information
By law we have to delete any information we hold on you if you request us to do so. We use third party agencies for payment and therefore never see or store any payment information such as credit card details. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (such as contracts and invoices).
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
